Where do the parent reviews come from?
The parent reviews to be featured on our site are chosen from the evaluations families voluntarily leave on our Google Business Profile. This way, everyone can see that the reviews come from real user accounts.
When we start adding reviews to our site, they will be located on this page. You can read the entirety of a review and other reviews, if any, on our Google profile.
The reason we chose to receive reviews this way is transparency: we care about a newly acquainted parent being able to see the experience of other families on an independent platform as well.
Why are reviews published with initials?
Being a family of a child receiving special education is a piece of information that not everyone may want to share openly. Due to the protection of personal data (KVKK) and our respect for families' privacy, we publish reviews on our site not with full names, but only with initials.
For the same reason, even if the child's name, diagnosis, school, health information, or details that might allow the family to be identified are mentioned in the review, they will not be included on our site.
What is our review policy?
- Reviews are taken only from evaluations left on our Google Business Profile.
- Only the initials of the reviewer are included on the site.
- The meaning of the review is not changed; only abbreviations can be made in long reviews.
- Sections containing personal and health information of the child or the family are not published on the site.
- No gifts, discounts, or privileges are offered in exchange for leaving a review.
- No parent is pressured to write a review; leaving a review is entirely voluntary.
- Reviews on Google are subject to Google's own rules; every review, whether positive or negative, stays there.
